Shagufta Mulla

Shagufta Mulla is a steampunk and wildlife painter living in Independence, OR. 

After a 20 year career as a small animal veterinarian, she changed paths in 2019 to pursue her lifelong passion for art.  Largely self taught, Shagufta's work frequently depicts a solitary subject in celebration of individuality, with hares, mice, and birds being particularly favorite subjects.

She mainly paints in acrylic but also works in oil and India ink.
